DOOM special

This is the very first special . Specials will be reserved for games series' or types of game. Today we talk about one of the pioneering FPS games: DOOM. 

Game Overview

When playing DOOM, you play as an un-named space marine generally regarded as doom guy in the video game community. The goal is to fight space demon things with your military skills. Doom guy was sent to this space hell thing due to his reluctance to kill civilians as a soldier. Doom guy spent his days fighting demons, but at some point in time, the demons made it to our realm. Doom guy managed to get the demons back in hell, but in return had to stay in hell.

Game History

The original DOOM was released in 1993 id software, and was made by John Carmack, John Romero, Adrian Carmack, Kevin Cloud and Tom Hall. This isn't one of those games where it's remarkable because of how only one person made it, there were a bunch of people making it. It's just crazy about how undying it is. Which honestly makes sense considering it's a game about demons and the undead.
